According to information from the sales consultant, the dealer is currently applying a discount of 70 million VND for all versions of the MG HS SUV model.
Specifically, MG HS is distributed in Vietnam with 2 versions: Deluxe and Luxury, with listed prices of 699 million and 749 million VND. After the incentive, the actual price of the car is only 629 million and 679 million VND. In addition, customers will also receive an accessory package with the car.
However, the consultant notes that this is the dealer's own policy, so incentive levels vary between showrooms. Customers should consult in advance with a sales consultant to be able to buy a car at the best price.
With the new price, MG HS not only competes with products in the same segment such as Mazda CX-5 or Hyundai Tucson, but also competes with B-sized CUV models such as: Honda HR-V (699 million VND) currently sold. Dealer reduced price to about 669 million VND; Mitsubishi Xforce Exceed version (640 million VND); Hyundai Creta Special (650 million VND) but the reduced price at the dealer is about 629 million VND.
MG HS 2024 will be launched in the Vietnamese market from January 2024. This is a facelift upgrade, so it only changes a few equipment and tweaks the design.
Some changes on the exterior include a new LED light cluster, a large grille like the MG5, and a new set of 18-inch 5-spoke wheels. The overall size and design of the car remains unchanged compared to the old version sold by the previous distributor.
The interior of MG HS 2024 is also kept the same as before. D-cut steering wheel, 12.3-inch electronic driving meter, Bose speaker system, 7-inch or 10-inch central screen depending on version. In addition, this CUV model is also equipped with leather seats, 6-way electric driver's seat, 3-spoke steering wheel with integrated gear shift lever, and electronic brake.
Notable safety equipment on the car includes: 360-degree camera, rear sensor, automatic headlights, ABS, EBD, 6 airbags... The high-end version has an advanced safety package including automatic throttle. Adaptive, lane keeping assist, pre-collision warning, emergency brake assist, blind spot warning, safe door opening warning.
Powering the MG HS 2024 is still a 1.5L turbocharged engine, with 168 horsepower and 275 Nm of torque, comes with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive system.
